Responsibilities

• Manage S4 AR Dispute Management: review queues, validate docs, approve/deny chargebacks within SLA.
• Coordinate with UGMs, Local Admins, and US Markets to obtain approvals and resolve complex disputes.
• Develop and maintain AR reporting (Non-Response and Trend Analysis) using SAP S/4, ERT, Power BI, and Excel.
• Monitor non-response trends, compile market feedback, and prepare audit-ready documentation for reviews.
• Lead monthly operational reviews with US stakeholders to align on issues and improvements.
• Maintain distribution lists, trackers, and process docs to support internal audits.
• Identify recurring dispute and short-pay trends to improve AR performance
