Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Sales Finance Associate Analyst to support the PBNA Sales Finance team. You will contribute to performance reporting, forecasting, and the Annual Operating Plan while collaborating with the commercial and finance groups.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, system maintenance in SAP and Mosaic, and analytical insights to drive pricing and investment decisions. English proficiency is valued, and a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a P&L.
• 0-1 years of experience in finance and planning.
• Experience in financial analysis, data integrity maintenance and systems such as SAP and Mosaic.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Able to work independently and takes initiative.
• Capable of managing multiple time-sensitive priorities.
• Detail-oriented and organized in approach.
• Ability to function well in a team environment and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and periodic financial reports.
• Analyze net sales drivers, performance trends, and customer financials.
• Maintain forecast data and support forecasting cycles.
• Support SAP and Mosaic activities and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide data and preliminary analyses for ad hoc customer requests.
• Prepare materials for meetings and townhalls.
• Assist in compiling inputs for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
