Job summary

RS Group in Monterrey seeks an Accounts Receivable Collections Analyst to manage and oversee collection of outstanding accounts. You will collaborate with the AR team, customers, and billing to ensure timely payments and resolve issues related to receivables.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and 3–4 years of experience in collections. Proficiency with SAP and Excel is preferred; English must be advanced.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–4 years of experience as a Collections Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of order to cash processes.
• English advanced; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with SAP and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact key customers via phone, email, and letters to collect outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payment plans and terms with delinquent customers.
• Maintain and update accurate records of all collection activities in the system.
• Review aging reports to identify overdue accounts.
• Investigate and resolve billing and payment discrepancies with customers and billing team.
• Prepare and send monthly statements to key clients.
