Job summary

Ansell Limited in Querétaro is seeking a Credit & Collections Analyst to manage AR activities, invoicing, cash posting, and credit decisions. The role reports to the US with a dotted line to local supervision, supporting the Sandel Medical business and ERP transitions.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, 4+ years in AR/collections or accounting, and strong English, with ERP experience (Oracle, D365, FourthShift) and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Advanced level of English.
• Minimum of 4+ AR/Collections or Accounting experience.
• Experience working with Logistics is a plus.
• Experience working directly with customers.
• Experience with Rebate and Pricing Agreements for credits.
• ERP experience with Oracle, D365 and FourthShift desirable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide statements, invoices, and delivery proofs to ensure timely payments.
• Optimize collection efforts while maintaining customer relationships.
• Conduct collection calls on delinquent accounts.
• Monitor account balances and collection status.
• Make decisions on credit holds or releases.
• Process rebate write-offs and lead cash application.
• Support ERP changes and related efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and AR teams.
