Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Senior Services Consultant to lead enterprise software deployments. You will guide discovery, design solutions, configure workflows, and drive go-live for a portfolio of customers.

In this hands-on role, you'll mentor peers, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with product, engineering, and account teams. Travel to customer sites in line with project needs. You’ll translate complex business needs into practical outcomes, champion best practices, and help

Formación

• 5+ years of SaaS implementation or professional services experience.
• Experience leading complex enterprise deployments.
• Strong discovery, facilitation and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to translate business goals into scalable designs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex customer discovery sessions to understand needs and requirements.
• Translate needs into scalable solution designs and delivery plans.
• Configure Zendesk solutions to support advanced workflows.
• Own project workstreams from discovery to go-live.
• Lead customer-facing sessions with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Build strong customer relationships throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with PMs, Technical resources, Account teams, Product, Support.
• Identify risks and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Mentor peers and share best practices.
• Travel as needed.
