Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Security Analyst I to join our Global Information Security team in Mexico City. You will provide Level 3 support for security tools, analyze alerts, and manage incident responses for P1/P2 events.

You will work with endpoints, network, cloud, and ecommerce security to protect critical systems and data, with a focus on automation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in security operations, security engineering, or a related cybersecurity role.
• Experience with endpoint detection and response platforms such as CrowdStrike Falcon, Defender for Endpoint, or similar.
• Strong understanding of network security concepts including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and network traffic analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud security concepts across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and analyze security alerts across enterprise security platforms to identify threats and incidents.
• Provide L2 support for enterprise security tools and act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Administer and optimize security operations technologies across endpoint, network, cloud, and applications.
• Support vulnerability management by tracking remediation activities.
• Contribute to documentation, runbooks, compliance support and automation initiatives.
