Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Level 3 Security Operations professional to deliver enterprise security tool support and incident handling.

You will troubleshoot escalated issues, tune security platforms, and lead responses to P1 and P2 security incidents across endpoint, network, cloud, and ecommerce environments. The role emphasizes monitoring alerts, coordinating remediation, and contributing to security automation and runbook development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in security operations, security engineering, or related cybersecurity role.
• Experience with endpoint detection and response platforms such as CrowdStrike Falcon, Defender for Endpoint, or similar.
• Strong understanding of network security concepts including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and network traffic analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud security concepts across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security alerts across enterprise security platforms to identify threats and security events requiring investigation.
• Provide L2 support for enterprise security tools and platforms; escalate complex issues.
• Administer and optimize security operations technologies across endpoint, network, cloud, and application security.
• Support vulnerability management by identifying, tracking, and coordinating remediation across environments.
• Contribute to process documentation, runbooks, compliance support, and automation to improve efficiency.
