Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Network Operations Analyst I in Mexico City to monitor and troubleshoot our corporate, distribution, data center, showrooms, and retail networks.

You will work in a global, follow-the-sun environment to ensure reliable, secure network services and contribute to automation initiatives. You should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of core networking concepts, and experience with incident records and escalation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in network operations, infrastructure support, or similar role.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, wireless, VPNs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global network services and respond to alerts.
• Document troubleshooting steps and incident records; update progress.
• Support installation, validation, and maintenance of network gear (switches, APs, SD-WAN, firewalls).
• Create and maintain operational docs, changes, and asset information.
• Use monitoring/automation/AI tools to improve triage and consistency.
