Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Level 2 Security Operations professional to monitor security tools, triage incidents, and provide hands-on support across endpoint, network, cloud, and ecommerce security environments.

You will work with cross-functional teams to investigate alerts, troubleshoot user-reported issues, and help drive remediation efforts. The role emphasizes foundational cybersecurity expertise, runbook maintenance, and security automation improvement initiatives, with opportunities

Qualifications

• 1+ years in security operations, IT security, or related technical support environments.
• Familiarity with endpoint detection and response platforms.
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts across enterprise platforms and escalate threats.
• Provide L2 support for security tools and respond to user-reported issues.
• Troubleshoot authentication, access, and endpoint protection tool issues; escalate unresolved problems.
• Support triage/initial response to P1 and P2 incidents per runbooks.
