Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an experienced security operations professional to deliver Level 3 support for enterprise security tools and manage escalated incidents.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to tune, administer, and optimize security platforms across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments. The role emphasizes vulnerability coordination, incident response leadership, and automation initiatives to improve security operations efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in security operations or related cybersecurity role.
• Experience with EDR platforms such as CrowdStrike Falcon or Defender for Endpoint.
• Understanding of network security concepts (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs) and cloud security in AWS/Azure/GCP.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security alerts across enterprise security platforms.
• Provide L2 support for security tools and escalate complex issues.
• Administer and optimize security operations technologies across endpoints, network, cloud, and applications.
• Support vulnerability management by tracking remediation activities.
• Contribute to runbooks, compliance support, and automation to improve efficiency.
