Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Security Operations Leader to head the Global Information Security team, overseeing L2/L3 support for enterprise security tools and driving a high-performing security workforce.

You will manage day-to-day operations, P1/P2 incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen our security posture across on-premise and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security operations or cybersecurity roles.
• 1-2 years in security team leadership.
• Experience with EDR platforms and incident response.
• Knowledge of cloud security in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a security operations team.
• Oversee security monitoring and L2/L3 tool support.
• Participate in incident response investigations and post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, identity, and security teams.
• Drive security operations excellence via vulnerability management and automation.
