Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an L2 Security Operations professional to join the Global Information Security team in Mexico City.

You will provide level 2 support for enterprise security tools, troubleshoot user issues, and assist with triage and response to P1/P2 incidents across endpoint, network, cloud, and ecommerce security domains. You will monitor alerts, escalate threats, and support vulnerability management, runbook maintenance, and security automation initiatives, collaborating with IT

Competenze

• 1+ years in security operations or related technical support environments.
• Exposure to endpoint detection and response platforms.
• Basic understanding of firewall, IDS/IPS, VPN, and traffic analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security basics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Provide Level 2 support for enterprise security tools and platforms.

• Troubleshoot user issues related to security agents and access.
