Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Security Operations L2 Analyst based in Mexico City. The role focuses on monitoring enterprise security tools, triaging alerts, and providing hands-on support across endpoint, network, cloud, and applications security.

You will work with Security Operations Analysts and IT teams to investigate incidents, manage vulnerabilities, and contribute to automation initiatives. A 1+ year background in security operations and a CS-related degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in security operations, IT security, cybersecurity, or related technical support environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and endpoint protection tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and events across enterprise security platforms.
• Provide L2 support for security tools and respond to user-reported issues.
• Assist in triage of P1 and P2 security incidents following runbooks.
• Support vulnerability management by tracking findings and coordinating remediation.
• Contribute to incident response activities and security automation initiatives.
