Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an experienced security operations professional to provide Level 3 support for enterprise security tools and manage incident response across endpoints, networks, cloud, and applications.

You will monitor alerts, troubleshoot escalations, and contribute to vulnerability remediation while collaborating with security, infra, and technology teams. The role emphasizes documentation and automation to enhance security operations efficiency, with a focus on Cloud security

Qualifications

• 3+ years in security operations, engineering, or related cybersecurity role.
• Experience with endpoint detection and response platforms such as CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, or similar.
• Strong understanding of network security concepts including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and traffic analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud security across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security alerts across enterprise platforms to identify threats, suspicious activity, and security events requiring investigation.
• Provide L3 support for enterprise security tools and coordinate escalation for complex issues and incidents.
• Assist vulnerability management and remediation activities across enterprise environments.
• Document processes, runbooks, and automation to improve security operations efficiency.
