Mama Shelter Group in Mexico City is seeking a seasoned Security Leader to oversee the property’s safety and guest experience, ensuring calm and welcome from lobby to rooftop.

You will recruit, train, and manage the Security team, design and roll out safety procedures, supervise access control and CCTV, report incidents, de-escalate tensions, and work closely with local authorities to keep the hotel secure while preserving Mama’s vibrant culture.

Formación

• Experience leading hotel security teams and guest safety.
• Ability to design and implement safety and emergency procedures.
• Strong observation, risk assessment and incident response skills.
• Excellent communication and people management abilities.
• Discretion, confidentiality and calm under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, train, lead & coordinate the Security team.
• Design and roll out safety, fire and emergency procedures.
• Manage access control, CCTV monitoring and incident reporting.
• De-escalate incidents and maintain safety across all hotel areas.
• Coordinate with local authorities and partners to ensure security while preserving the guest experience.
