Vertiv, based in Baja California, Mexico, is seeking a Second Shift Production Manager to lead the metals department, ensuring safety, quality, on-time production and cost targets in line with company standards. You will plan and supervise production activities, manage KPI reporting, and develop a skilled team while coordinating with suppliers and other departments to prevent delays and improve efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of management experience in manufacturing.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
• MS Office and ERP systems experience; CNC programming software helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and achieve safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
• Implement and maintain visual KPI reporting to drive high performance teams.
• Evaluate personnel requirements and develop training plans.
• Lead production scheduling and supervise metal fabrication processes.
• Ensure ISO/Lean manufacturing standards are followed and cost accounting is accurate.
• Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to prevent delays.
