Arrive Logistics seeks a detail-oriented Second-Shift Mexico Account Associate in Guadalajara to manage daily operations for existing and new client accounts. You will build loads, schedule appointments, track shipments, and provide timely updates across departments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 2+ years in a 3PL or supply chain environment.
• 1+ years cross-border experience.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environment while multitasking.
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain pickup and delivery appointments and ensure accurate data entry for loads.
• Communicate proactively with carriers and customers for updates and scheduling.
• Resolve issues with urgency and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Monitor customer KPIs and suggest improvements and cost savings.
• Manage load board daily with data entry, tracking, and load closures.
• Maintain TMS updates and ensure timely tracking information.
