Job summary

Flexport is hiring for an Operations Associate in Guadalajara. You will own end-to-end movement of global shipments within a regional network, coordinating with ocean, air, and cross-border operations to deliver a first-class customer experience.

You will work with a team to meet KPIs, follow SOPs, and manage client interactions at origin and destination, while driving efficiency and collaboration with partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage a large volume of tasks.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
• Teamwork and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Be the front line to ensure on-time shipments and handle exceptions.
• Meet internal KPIs and SLAs for quality delivery.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Own the client experience and resolve issues at origin and destination.
• Coordinate day-to-day logistics with partners and vendors.
• Support end-to-end movement of freight within a regional network.
• Assist shipments managed by partners to drive autonomy.
• Quote and invoice client shipments with responsibility to P&L.
• Participate in client calls and meetings as needed.
