Arrive Logistics is a leading transportation and technology company expanding its Cross-Border Mexico team in Guadalajara. The Mexico Account Coordinator will manage daily operations for existing MX client accounts and oversee shipment execution, collaborating with BD and CS teams to support growth.

You’ll build loads, schedule pickups, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining a proactive approach to issues and aging.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven commitment and strong work ethic in school or work settings.
• Fast-paced and able to multitask in high-pressure environments.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions with confidence.
• Polished communicator with strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Build loads in accordance with customer requirements in our system with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage and schedule appointments so shipments are picked up and delivered within the customer’s timetable.
• Provide proactive, professional communication with account reps, carrier reps, and customers, including tracking updates.
• Gather required information for pre-pickup prep and communicate delays to customers.
• Prioritize exceptions by coordinating with internal teams on shipment updates and charges.
• Ensure all paperwork is received and loads are closed out properly for execution.

This role will support the Business Development and Client Success teams within the Cross-Border Mexico department. As a Mexico Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily operations of Intra-US business on existing MX client accounts and for shipment execution (load building, scheduling, etc) for XB business. The ultimate goal in this position is to effectively manage a book of business so the BD and CS teams can focus on new acquisitions and the cross-border operation. You must be comfortable with effectively performing operational duties independently, as well as working collaboratively with a designated sales representative and with client success teams.

What You’ll Do

• Build loads in accordance with customer requirements into our system ensuring both accuracy and timeliness with requests
• Manage and schedule appointments to ensure shipments are being picked up and delivered within the customer’s timetable, while also working to set up proper transits to make shipments favorable for carriers
• Deliver effective, proactive, and professional communication with MX Account Reps, MX Carrier Reps and customer contacts when rescheduling pickups, deliveries, and while obtaining or providing tracking updates
• Obtain pertinent and required information for pre-pickup preparation and communicate with any delays to customer contacts with anticipation
• Prioritize exceptions by working with internal departments regarding shipment updates, accessorial charges, etc.
• Ensure all paperwork is received and that loads are closed out in a family fashion to ensure overall execution
• Proactively work with management and BD Reps to determine any potential concerns for aging for your customer
• Foster existing relationships with our carrier reps and carrier partners to allow us better access to real-time updates
• Exemplify a level of assertiveness to identify issues and solve them.
• Gain knowledge of the transportation industry to better serve our customers, carriers, colleagues, and drivers.
• Make sure to remain up to date with all of our SOPs.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
• Proven demonstration of commitment and work ethic in a school or work setting.
• Fast-paced and able to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
• Able to take verbal/written instruction and execute with confidence.
• A polished communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills; both verbal & written.
