Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a service-oriented role preferred.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stay calm and professional in tense situations.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Gmail.

Responsabilités

• Provide great customer service by answering inbound inquiries from carriers.
• Assist in resolving carrier bill exceptions.
• Collaborate with multiple departments for timely resolutions.
• Track and monitor outstanding assigned issues.
• Perform administrative tasks, including document retrieval.
• Navigate programs to validate payments and documents.
• Escalate higher level issues to specialists.
• Represent Arrive brand via phone and email communications.
