Arrive Logistics is seeking a Second-Shift Mexico Account Associate to manage daily operations for existing and new client accounts in Guadalajara. You will build loads, schedule pickups, track shipments, and provide timely updates across departments to drive efficient, accurate execution.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in 3PL/supply chain, 1+ year cross-border experience, and strong data-entry and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 2+ years in a 3PL or supply chain environment.
• 1+ years of cross-border experience.
• Strong collaboration and written/verbal communication.
• Able to multitask and perform under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain pickup and delivery appointments and ensure accurate data entry when building loads.
• Communicate with Carrier reps and customer contacts for scheduling and tracking updates.
• Resolve issues with urgency to meet customer needs.
• Review account performance and identify trends for improvements and cost savings.
• Manage load board daily, including data entry, tracking, and closing loads.
