Job summary

PepsiCo in Mexico City seeks an Instructional Designer to design, develop, and implement end-to-end SAP training solutions as part of the Global SAP Transformation Project. You will translate technical SAP processes into engaging e-learning modules using Articulate 360, Rise 360, Genially, and Vyond, collaborate with SMEs, and ensure LMS compatibility.

Ideal candidates have a 1–2 year track record in corporate training, fluency in English and Spanish, and a solid foundation in instructional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Pedagogy, Psychology, or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) for content development and stakeholder alignment in English.
• Minimum 1–2 years of instructional design, e-learning development, or corporate training content creation.
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise 360), Vyond, Genially.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for learning assets creation.
• Familiarity with SAP concepts or enterprise technology implementations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Apply adult learning theories to design end-to-end learning solutions for Global SAP implementation.
• Develop interactive e-learning packages and simulations using Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Genially, and Vyond.
• Collaborate with SAP Functional Consultants, Change Management teams, and Global Process Owners.
• Design visual assets, infographics, software walkthroughs, and screen-capture tutorials.
• Test, publish, and package learning assets to ensure LMS deployment and tracking.
• Stay updated on AI-driven learning tools and modern instructional strategies.
