Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking an instructional designer to develop end‑to‑end SAP training and e‑learning experiences for our Global SAP Transformation Project.

You will convert complex SAP processes into engaging modules and simulations, guiding learners through structured content and assessments. You will collaborate with SAP functional consultants, Change Management, and global process owners to ensure accuracy and effective deployment across PepsiCo LMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience applying ADDIE or SAM in design
• Ability to translate SAP processes into e‑learning
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Experience with LMS/SCORM or xAPI environments
• Excellent collaboration with global teams
• Ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end SAP training solutions and e‑learning experiences
• Develop interactive courses and simulations using authoring tools
• Collaborate with SAP consultants and Change Management teams
• Create visual assets and tutorials to support onboarding
• Test and publish learning assets to PepsiCo LMS systems
• Stay updated on new instructional technologies and best practices
