Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to design, develop, and implement end-to-end SAP training solutions for a global rollout.

You will translate complex SAP processes into engaging e-learning modules using Articulate 360, Rise 360, Genially, and other tools, collaborate with SMEs, and ensure training quality across global LMS environments. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and a background in instructional design with 1–2 years of experience is ideal for this

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Pedagogy, Psychology, or related fields.
• Bilingual proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). English used for SAP project content development and stakeholder alignment.
• Instructional Design: Understanding of adult learning principles, curriculum mapping, storyboard creation, and assessment design.
• E-Learning authoring tools: Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise 360), Vyond, Genially, and interactive simulation tools.
• Multimedia software: Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for learning assets creation.
• SAP systems knowledge: Familiarity with SAP concepts, ERP workflows, or enterprise technology implementations is desirable.
• Strong capability to simplify complex, technical information into clear content.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to interface with global teams in fast-paced environments.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple timelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end SAP training solutions and e-learning experiences.
• Create interactive e-learning packages using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Genially, and Vyond.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Change Management teams, and Global Process Owners for content accuracy.
• Produce visual assets and tutorials using Adobe CC to support SAP onboarding.
• Test and publish learning assets (SCORM/xAPI) across PepsiCo LMS environments.
• Stay updated on instructional technologies and AI-driven learning tools.
