Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking an instructional designer to design and deliver end-to-end SAP training programs.

You will translate complex SAP processes into engaging e-learning modules and interactive simulations, collaborating with SAP specialists and global teams to ensure accuracy and scalability. You will leverage Articulate 360, Rise 360, Genially, Vyond, and Adobe Creative Cloud to create visuals, scenarios, and assessments, while ensuring LMS compatibility and ongoing learning improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Pedagogy, Psychology, or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) for global SAP project work.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end SAP training solutions and e-learning experiences.
• Develop interactive e-learning packages and simulations (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond).
• Collaborate with SAP consultants, Change Management, and Process Owners.
• Create visuals and tutorials using Adobe CC to support SAP onboarding.
• Test and publish assets (SCORM/xAPI) across PepsiCo LMS environments.
• Stay updated on new instructional technologies and AI-driven learning tools.
