Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking an instructional designer to design and implement end-to-end SAP training solutions. You will translate complex SAP processes into engaging e-learning modules and collaborate with SMEs across regions to ensure accurate, scalable content.

You will develop with Articulate 360, Rise 360, Genially, and Vyond, create assessments, and integrate with PepsiCo LMS. A bilingual English/Spanish capability is essential for global deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Pedagogy, Psychology, or related fields.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). Must content development and stakeholder alignment for the SAP project will be conducted in English.

Responsibilities

• Apply adult learning theories and instructional methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to design and structure end-to-end learning solutions for Global SAP implementation.
• Develop interactive e-learning packages and software simulations using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Genially, and Vyond.
• Integrate interactive assessments, knowledge checks, and scenario-based simulations to ensure high learning retention.
• Partner closely with SAP Functional Consultants, Change Management teams, and Global Process Owners to gather requirements, extract technical knowledge, and validate learning content accuracy.
• Design supporting visual assets, infographics, software walkthroughs, and screen-capture tutorials using Adobe Creative Cloud to support SAP user onboarding.
• Test, publish, and package learning assets (SCORM / xAPI) to ensure deployment and tracking across PepsiCo LMS.
• Stay updated on emerging instructional technologies and AI-driven learning tools to elevate SAP learning experience.
