Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking an instructional designer to develop end-to-end SAP training content for a global rollout. You will translate complex SAP workflows into engaging e-learning modules and microlearning assets, using Articulate 360, Rise 360, Genially, and Vyond.

This role requires English and Spanish fluency, collaboration with global SMEs, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud for visual assets. 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and curriculum mapping.
• Experience with SAP concepts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end SAP training content and e-learning experiences.
• Develop interactive modules using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Genially, and Vyond.
• Collaborate with SAP Functional Consultants and SMEs across regions.
• Create visuals and tutorials using Adobe Creative Cloud to support onboarding.
• Test, publish, and package assets (SCORM/xAPI) for PepsiCo LMS.
• Stay updated on AI-driven learning tools and modern instructional strategies.
