Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer to design and implement end-to-end SAP training solutions and engaging e-learning experiences. You will translate complex SAP processes into structured modules, microlearning assets, and job aids for global deployment.

The role requires strong expertise in adult learning, Storyline/Rise 360, Genially, Vyond, and Adobe Creative Cloud, with fluency in English and Spanish for cross-regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Pedagogy, Psychology, or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; content development and stakeholder alignment for SAP project conducted in English.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end SAP training solutions and e-learning modules.
• Develop interactive e-learning packages and simulations using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Genially, and Vyond.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment.
• Create visual assets and tutorials using Adobe Creative Cloud for SAP onboarding.
• Test and publish learning assets (SCORM/xAPI) across PepsiCo LMS environments.
• Stay updated on instructional technologies and AI-driven learning tools.
