Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Cutover Manager to oversee the SAP S/4HANA cutover during implementation. You will coordinate data, configurations, and prerequisites, run cutover rehearsals, and manage go-live activities including data migration, transitions, issue resolution, and post-go-live support.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of project management experience, SAP implementation exposure, and knowledge of change management.

Qualifications

Two years of project management experience.
Experience in SAP implementation projects, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
Knowledge of change management principles and best practices.
Interest in digital innovation, automation, and AI-driven tools is a plus.
English required; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure data, configurations, and prerequisites are in place for cutover.
Conduct cutover rehearsals to validate readiness and identify issues.
Communicate cutover plans, timelines and status updates to stakeholders.
Manage cutover activities during go-live, including data migration, transitions, issue resolution, and post-go-live support.
Identify, propose and implement measures to reduce downtime for a stable transition.
