Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited in Mexico is seeking a Cutover Manager for SAP S/4HANA deployments. You will oversee the cutover plan, coordinate data migration, system transitions and go-live activities, ensuring minimal downtime and a smooth transition across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has solid cutover experience, strong project management and excellent communication skills. English is required; German is a plus; relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or equivalent (master's degree/diploma preferred), or comparable professional experience.
• Two years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience in SAP implementation projects, ideally SAP S/4HANA, with cutover planning, data migration, go-live and post-go-live activities.
• Knowledge of change management principles and best practices.
• Interest in digital innovation, automation, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Power BI, Azure DevOps).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data, configurations, and prerequisites are in place for the cutover.
• Conduct cutover rehearsals to validate readiness and identify issues or risks.
• Communicate cutover plans, timelines, and status updates to stakeholders and project team.

Job Description

The Cutover Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire cutover process during the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. This role requires a solid understanding of cutover methodologies, strong project management capabilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all required data, configurations, and technical prerequisites are in place for the cutover.
• Conduct cutover rehearsals to validate readiness and proactively identify issues or risks.
• Communicate cutover plans, timelines, and status updates to key stakeholders and project team members.
• Manage all cutover activities during the go-live phase, including data migration, system transitions, issue resolution, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

Education

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or equivalent (master's degree/diploma preferred), or comparable professional experience.

• Basic understanding or willingness to learn automation and AI-driven tools is a plus.
