Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Cutover Manager to oversee the SAP S/4HANA cutover process. You will coordinate data readiness, run rehearsals, and manage go-live activities including post-go-live support.

Excellent communication and project management skills are required, with exposure to SAP S/4HANA being highly preferred. A collaborative, structured approach and willingness to adopt AI-driven tools are valued.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience in SAP implementation projects, ideally SAP S/4HANA with cutover planning.
• Knowledge of change management principles and best practices.
• Interest in digital innovation, automation, and AI-driven tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data, configurations and prerequisites for cutover.
• Conduct cutover rehearsals and identify risks.
• Communicate cutover plans and status to stakeholders.
• Manage go-live activities including data migration and post-go-live support.
• Identify measures to reduce downtime and ensure stability.
