Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited in Mexico is seeking a Cutover Manager to oversee the cutover during SAP S/4HANA implementations. You will coordinate data migration, configurations, and go-live readiness with cross-functional teams, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth transitions.

The role requires at least two years in project management and SAP implementation experience, with knowledge of change management; exposure to AI, Power BI, and Azure DevOps is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience in SAP implementation projects, SAP S/4HANA preferred, including cutover planning and go-live.
• Knowledge of change management principles is desirable.
• Interest in digital innovations, automation, and tools like AI, Power BI, and Azure DevOps.
• Willingness to learn automation/AI-driven tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data, configurations, and prerequisites are in place for the cutover.
• Lead cutover rehearsals to validate readiness and identify risks.
• Communicate cutover plans, timelines, and status to stakeholders and project members.
• Manage all cutover activities during go-live, including data migration and post-go-live support.
• Identify and implement measures to reduce downtime and ensure a stable transition.
• Maintain a structured and documentation-oriented approach.
