Job summary

KION is seeking an experienced SAP Retrofit Manager to orchestrate retrofit activities across complex SAP landscapes. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, drive governance, and ensure compliance with change management policies while using SAP Solution Manager and ChaRM.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SAP environments, strong ABAP/S/4HANA knowledge, and proven ability to lead multi-team collaborations, delivering timely retrofit transports and transparent status reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP environments, with at least 2 years in a retrofit or change management role.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager and ChaRM is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of SAP transport management and system landscapes.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the SAP retrofit process across multiple landscapes.
• Define retrofit governance processes and ensure policy compliance.
• Identify and resolve retrofit conflicts and escalate issues.
• Act as the liaison between project teams, support, and release management.
• Utilize SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, or other tools to manage retrofit activities and explore automation opportunities.
