Stripe’s Mexico City office is a vibrant hub focused on fighting financial crime and strengthening regulatory compliance within fintech. You will join a mission-driven team that handles millions of cases yearly and collaborates across borders to safeguard the global economy.

As a Sanctions Investigator, you will conduct investigations, perform watchlist reviews, assess accounts for sanctions risk, and draft regulatory reports.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in sanctions roles.
• Experience conducting in-depth open source research across web and social platforms.
• General awareness of money laundering, terrorism financing, and sanctions trends.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct a wide variety of analyses for sanctions reviews and investigations.
• Perform watchlist and keyword reviews on merchants as part of sanctions program.
• Analyze accounts for exposure to listed persons and high‑risk jurisdictions.
• Draft clear investigative summaries and regulatory reports for submission.
• Record the rationale and evidence of decisions for audit purposes.
• Coordinate with Stripe teams and financial partners as needed.
