Stripe in Mexico City is seeking an Operations Associate for Financial Crimes (AML Investigations). The role focuses on reviewing alerts, conducting investigations, and filing SARs/STRs with various Financial Intelligence Units.

You will document rationale, maintain excellence, and support cross-functional AML efforts in a fast-paced environment. Strong English skills and 2+ years of analytical or investigative experience are preferred, with independent work capability and attention to detail.

Formación

• Proven analytical or investigative experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to research, write, and analyze large data sets.
• Ability to synthesize information and identify patterns in financial data.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct AML investigations end-to-end, including data analysis and records research.
• Draft and file SARs/STRs with appropriate units when needed.
• Review transaction monitoring alerts and disposition results.
• Document investigative rationale and recommendations clearly.
• Maintain high operational standards across workstreams.
• Navigate high-risk decisions with sound judgment.
