EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to act as the technical authority for a multi-cloud environment including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. You will triage backlog, migrate legacy customizations to Flow/Apex, and define a phased roadmap balancing quick wins with modernization.

As a trusted advisor, you will lead knowledge transfer from the incumbent vendor, own data and security design, and mentor developers while presenting architecture

Qualificações

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience including architecture roles across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience owning and prioritizing an existing backlog of enhancements/defects.
• Experience with vendor transitions or managed services takeovers, including technical due diligence under limited documentation.
• Fluency in English, with a minimum B2+/C1 level for effective communication.

Responsabilidades

• Triage and prioritize defects and enhancements; remediate legacy customizations by migrating to Flow/Apex.
• Define a phased, value-driven roadmap balancing quick wins with modernization.
• Lead architecture decisions across data model, security, and integrations; review code for standards.
• Mentor developers and conduct knowledge transfer from incumbent vendor.
