Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Lead Solutions Architect, Salesforce Migrations, to lead complex customer migrations from kickoff to go-live.

You will be the technical and strategic contact for the migration pod, coordinating with the Global Delivery Center and partners to deliver measurable value as customers move to modern cloud architectures. The role requires deep expertise across Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau, experience with AI-assisted tooling, and a proven

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting.
Deep domain expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau.
Experience with global or offshore delivery models (GDC).
Ability to translate complex architectures into business-friendly language.
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end customer migration engagements — owning technical delivery and go-live outcomes.
Partner with Account Teams and Sales leadership to align migration goals with business strategy.
Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders, translating challenges into decisions.
Develop focused delivery plans with high-impact milestones and timelines.
