Leadout Capital is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design scalable Salesforce solutions across industries, aligning business goals with technology strategy. You will drive Customer 360, multi‑cloud approaches, and AI‑powered tool adoption to accelerate value delivery.
You will act as a strategic partner to executives, mentor the team, and lead technical proposals, pre‑sales activities, and risk mitigation across LATAM initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise‑level projects using waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering enterprise‑scale Salesforce solutions.
- Fluent English; Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.
- Lead end‑to‑end design of Salesforce solutions leveraging Customer 360 and multi‑cloud strategies.
- Translate requirements into scalable, value‑driven solutions.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to gather requirements and prioritize backlog.
- Design and document business processes for efficiency and alignment.
- Provide hands‑on Salesforce configuration and prototyping when needed.
- Ensure governance and best practices across lifecycle.
- Mentor Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and consultants.
- Lead pre‑sales activities and executive‑level conversations.
