Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Salesforce Architect to join our global team in Mexico. You will shape the technical roadmap for Salesforce projects and ensure solutions align with business objectives, collaborating with multi-national teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 8 years in technology, 3+ years in leadership, and deep Salesforce expertise including Vlocity, DEP, B2B Commerce Cloud, and core Clouds. Excellent communication in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in technology or related roles
• 3+ years in leadership, management, architect, or coordinator roles
• 2+ years leading teams of 20+ people
• Involvement in 5+ complete project cycles or launching a product/major feature
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform and its capabilities
• Experience with Salesforce Vlocity, DEP, B2B Commerce Cloud on Lightning, and core Clouds
• Excellent communication with clients, teams, and stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver complex technical solutions

Responsibilities

• Create and communicate the technical direction for Salesforce initiatives and integrations
• Mentor developers and technical teams in scalable Salesforce solutions
• Collaborate with client managers and development teams to align IT strategies with business needs
• Introduce new frameworks, technologies, and best practices for solution design
• Monitor technology trends and recommend innovative approaches
• Assess and manage technology risks with stakeholders
• Oversee daily technical operations and turn design concepts into IT solutions
• Manage delivery of new features, system upgrades, and ongoing support
