We're looking for an awesome professional to be part of the Engineering team and help us with the security, stability, and scalability of our multi-site platform while being an operational enabler for the rest of the organization.

What you will do here:

1. Collaborate in technical decisions within our CRM solution (Salesforce).
2. Work with product managers and stakeholders and tech leads to help define technical implementations.
3. Work closely with backend developers to support third-party integrations.
4. Apply software building best practices.
5. Ensure clean code and engineering patterns.
6. Proactively measure products Live and identify issues/enhancements.
7. Contribute to the team culture of the startup.
8. Mentor and supervise other team members within the Salesforce team.

Who we are looking for:

1. Expert Salesforce Administrator (at least 3-4 years of experience).
2. Salesforce Administrator Certifications are a plus.
3. Experience on APIs building.
4. English speaking and writing skills is a must.
5. Team player, really motivated with technical challenges.
6. Other valuable soft skills:
