Job summary

ABB is looking for a Sales Support role within the Procurement/Automation business in San Luis Potosi, MX. You will back the Sales organization during proposals, acting as a technical resource and preparing product descriptions, cost determinations, and final documents.

Expect to develop new sales opportunities, meet targets, and support profitable growth across regions. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a related role, experience with SAP/Salesforce, and a Bachelor's degree in Business

Qualifications

At least 2 years of professional experience in a related role.
Experience managing SAP and/or Salesforce systems.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support the assigned Sales organization during the proposal process, serving as a technical resource.
Prepare technical descriptions of products and technology, determine costs, and prepare final documentation.
Develop and maintain new sales opportunities and resolve customer problems.
Aim to achieve targets on orders, net price variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Ensure budget goals and profitable growth across product groups and countries.
