Ceva Logistics busca un Sales Support Specialist para unirse a su equipo en Ciudad de México. Se encargará de onboarding de clientes, gestión de cotizaciones y administración de documentación contractual, trabajando de la mano con equipos de Desarrollo y Implementación.

El rol requiere experiencia en ventas y logística, conocimiento de herramientas CRM/ERP/Power BI y comunicación en inglés a nivel avanzado. Se ofrece un entorno dinámico y oportunidades de crecimiento.

Formación

• Grado en Administración de Empresas, Negocios Internacionales, Logística, Cadena de Suministro o similar.
• Al menos 1 año de experiencia en Soporte de Ventas, Servicio al Cliente, Freight Forwarding, Logística o Cadena de Suministro.
• Conocimiento de operaciones de Air/Ocean/Ground y procesos de tarificación.
• Familiaridad con CRM, ERP, Power BI, SharePoint y sistemas de gestión de transporte.
• Habilidades de comunicación en inglés avanzado (escrito y verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Cooperar en la onboarding de clientes y la implementación de cuentas para Ground, Air y Ocean.
• Gestión de cotizaciones y mantenimiento de tarifas y precios.
• Administración de NRA y documentación FMC.
• Gestión de contratos, NDAs y documentos comerciales a través de SharePoint.
• Elaborar y entregar informes operativos y financieros para cuentas asignadas.
• Gestión de leads de ventas y seguimiento de oportunidades.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Onboarding & Account Implementation

• Coordinate onboarding activities for Ground, Air, and Ocean accounts.
• Manage the collection and validation of customer documentation and forms.
• Coordinate MDM setup and MOIRA role creation.
• Support Finance processes, including credit setup and AR role activation.
• Coordinate Power of Attorney (POA) and insurance setup with relevant teams.
• Assist in the development and completion of customer SOPs alongside Business Development and Implementation teams.
• Manage MyCEVA onboarding activities, including customer access, training, quotation, booking, and tracking functionalities.

2. Quotation Management

• Handle spot quote requests for Air, Ocean, and Ground transportation using approved pricing tools and systems.
• Prepare and distribute customer quotations to Business Development teams and clients.
• Maintain customer tariffs and rate updates.
• Administer Ground tariff setup and maintenance within MyCEVA.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with commercial guidelines.

3. Ocean NRA Administration

• Complete NRA documentation and submit required filings for FMC validation.
• Track approval status and coordinate operational activation.
• Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation.

4. Legal and Contract Management

• Upload contracts, NDAs, financial agreements, and related documentation through SharePoint.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals with Legal teams.
• Monitor contract execution timelines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure completion.

5. Customer Reporting & Business Intelligence

• Develop and deliver operational and financial reports for assigned accounts.
• Support customer business reviews by providing performance metrics and insights.
• Collaborate with BI teams to automate reporting processes and increase efficiency.
• Analyze data and identify trends to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

6. Lead Management

• Manage and monitor sales leads from receipt through assignment and follow-up.
• Ensure timely registration, tracking, and reporting of opportunities.
• Support Business Development teams with lead performance analysis and pipeline visibility.
• Maintain data integrity within CRM and commercial reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• at least 1 year of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain environments.
• Knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Ground Transportation operations.
• Experience with pricing processes, tariffs, quotations, and customer onboarding.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, Power BI, SharePoint, and transportation management systems.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
