CEVA Logistics is seeking a Market and Product Management Professional in Mexico to support onboarding, quotation, and contract coordination across Ground, Air, and Ocean products. The role collaborates with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Pricing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure smooth customer experiences and accurate commercial processes.

The position emphasizes managing customer data, creating reports, and enabling efficient onboarding with MY CEVA and CRM tools.

Formación

• Experience supporting onboarding for Ground, Air, and Ocean customers.
• Ability to coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Pricing.
• Comfort with preparing and delivering customer reports.
• Knowledge of CRM and contract processes.

Responsabilidades

• Support tariff setup within MY CEVA.
• Provide training and guidance on MY CEVA platform usage.
• Monitor onboarding progress and report in BI contexts.
• Maintain CRM data and generate pipeline reports.

Position Summary

The Junior Sales Support, provides operational and administrative support to Business Development teams across Ground, Air, and Ocean products. This role is responsible for customer onboarding, quotation support, contract coordination, customer reporting, lead management, and commercial system administration. The position works closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Pricing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and accurate execution of commercial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding & Account Setup

• Support the onboarding process for Ground, Air, and Ocean customers.
• Collect and validate required customer documents and onboarding forms.
• Coordinate MDM and MOIRA role creation requests.
• Assist with credit setup and AR role activation with Finance teams.
• Coordinate POA and insurance setup with the appropriate departments.
• Support the completion and maintenance of customer SOPs.
• Assist with MY CEVA account setup, including quotation, booking, and tracking functionalities.
• Provide basic customer training and guidance on MY CEVA platform usage.
• Monitor onboarding progress and follow up with internal stakeholders.
• Process spot quote requests through Pricing teams and available systems.
• Prepare and distribute quotations for Air, Ocean, and Ground opportunities.
• Maintain customer rates, tariffs, and pricing records.
• Support tariff setup and maintenance activities within MY CEVA.
• Ensure quotation requests are completed accurately and within established timelines.

Ocean NRA Administration

• Prepare and submit NRA documentation for FMC validation.
• Track approval status and support operational activation processes.
• Maintain accurate records of submitted and approved agreements.

Legal & Contract Coordination

• Upload contracts, NDAs, and other commercial documentation through SharePoint.
• Monitor approval workflows and follow up with Legal teams.
• Maintain organized records of contractual documentation.

Reporting & Process Support

• Prepare operational and financial reports for assigned accounts.
• Support customer review meetings through data collection and report preparation.
• Assist in reporting automation initiatives alongside BI teams.
• Help identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual work.

Lead Management & CRM Support

• Support lead administration and opportunity tracking activities.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in commercial systems.
• Generate reports on lead status and commercial pipeline activity.
• Assist Business Development teams with follow-up activities and administrative support.
