CEVA Logistics in Mexico seeks a Solution Design Manager to lead a team of Pricing Analysts, driving proposals, renewals and repricing initiatives for key customers. You will ensure alignment with CEVA financial metrics and business rules while developing talent and improving processes.

The role requires strong pricing experience in 3PL, advanced Excel skills and fluency in English and Spanish, with leadership of 4–5 analysts and close collaboration with business development and program

• Hire/train/upskill Pricing Analysts and drive staff development.
• Improve commercial processes within the Solution Design team.
• Collaborate with BDs and Program Managers to schedule, prepare and submit proposals and renewals on time.
• Oversee ICAP preparation and approval processes.
• Prepare financial analyses when requested.
• Incorporate green initiatives into CEVA proposals where appropriate.
• Manage a team of 4 to 5 pricing analysts.

YOUR ROLE

Lead a team of Pricing Analysts to support the preparation of proposals for new business opportunities, renewals of current customer contracts, preparation of ICAPs, and repricing requirements for current customers.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Lead a team of pricing analysts to support proposals, renewals and repricing activities compliant with CEVA financial metrics and CEVA Business Rules
• Hire/train/upskill Pricing Analysts
• Continuous improvement of all commercial processes within the Solution Design team
• Work with BDs and Program Managers to schedule, prepare and submit proposals and renewals on a timely basis
• Lead the team of pricing analysts to support the ICAP preparation and approval process
• Lead the preparation of financial analyses when requested
• Incorporate green initiatives into CEVA proposals when appropriate and in conjunction with employee support of local communities
• The role manages 4 to 5 pricing analysts

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The knowledge, experience and skills required to undertake the level at a fully competent level:

• Education &Qualifications - Strong analytical skills
• Experience - Experience in pricing new business opportunities
• Specialist Knowledge& Skills - Knowledge/experience of 3PL industry pricing. Strong expertise using Excel
• Interpersonal & Communication Skills - Ability to communicate/work with executive leaders, fluent in English/Spanish

Desireable:

• Education & Qualifications - BS degree in Engineering, Cost Accounting, and/or an MBA is desirable
• Experience - Cost accounting and financial training
• Specialist Knowledge& Skills - Knowledge/experience of engineering and/or pricing Distribution Centers
• Interpersonal & Communication Skills - fluent in English, French, Spanish
