Call Center Services International is seeking an energetic Sales Trainer to guide learning and development for the Auto Refinance team. You will assess current methods, identify training gaps, and craft a comprehensive plan using online lessons, guides, and resources to build essential skills across the team.

You will lead sessions for new hires and provide ongoing development, while collaborating with leaders to align training with company goals.

Formación

• Real work experience in a call center setting.
• At least one year of experience in training, coaching, or creating lessons.
• Knowledge of the car, money, or sales industries is a big plus.
• Great ability to speak and write clearly.
• Good people skills to work with different types of personalities and learning styles.
• Ability to handle many tasks at once in a fast-moving environment.
• Must speak and write both English and Spanish fluently.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Create and follow a plan to determine training needs.
• Work closely with leaders, managers, and other trainers to ensure learning goals match company goals.
• Collect and analyze data to help create focused training materials.
• Turn research results into high-quality training tools and resources.
• Plan and run new training programs and create materials to support them.
• Check all training content for quality before use.
• Keep a central, updated library of all training documents and tools.
• Lead training sessions for new hires and provide ongoing learning for current staff.
• Monitor employee performance numbers to see how well the training works and find ways to improve.
