Call Center Services International is seeking an energetic Sales Trainer for our Auto Refinance team to identify training needs and craft a concise, effective learning plan. You will create short videos, step-by-step guides, and hands-on practice sessions to ensure quick skill acquisition without overwhelming team members with long documents.

The role focuses on on-site training in Otay, with a full-time schedule from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday, and a monthly bonus up to $400 based on

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of teaching or training experience.
• Experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Bonus up to $400 monthly based on performance.

Responsabilidades

• Create a clear schedule to identify training needs.
• Collaborate with managers and other trainers to align goals.
• Analyze performance data to decide what and how to teach.
• Develop simple, understandable training content.
• Design and run targeted training plans.
• Review training materials for accuracy and usefulness.
• Organize all training files in a centralized repository.
• Lead onboarding sessions and upskill current staff.
• Monitor employee performance and track progress for ongoing improvement.
