Blumberg Capital Company is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver instructor-led and eLearning programs for our worldwide Customer Support teams. You’ll onboard new Advocates and build ongoing training to enhance skills across Ecommerce, Enterprise, and Escalation Center groups.

You will partner with product and support leadership to deploy new product trainings, monitor outcomes, and update materials. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in course design, facilitation, or e-learning delivery.
• Experience coordinating and delivering webinars, in-person and virtual training.
• Ability to create engaging live and digital content presented clearly.
• Self-motivated with proven independent work capabilities.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, accountability and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate onboarding for new Customer Support Advocates and assess knowledge.
• Create and lead training programs across Ecommerce, Enterprise, and Escalation Center teams.
• Deliver technical skill-building and soft skills like upselling and handling difficult customers.
• Collaborate with product and support leaders to train on new launches.
• Report training feedback and contribute to monthly reviews and global updates.
• Maintain courseware and internal knowledge base, research new learning technologies.
