Techtronic Industries Mexico S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Sales Training professional to support leadership, marketing, engineering and sales training within the Shared Services team.

The role includes coordinating schedules, developing materials, and ensuring smooth execution of both in-person and virtual sessions. You will partner with the Talent Organization for New Hire orientation, manage printed materials and AV setup, and provide LMS support, reporting and attendance tracking to measure

Responsabilidades

• Execute day-to-day tasks for the training and development function including scheduling, resourcing and support management.
• Design, produce and deploy key department communication
• Partner with the Talent Organization to execute New Hire orientation.
• Support in-person and virtual training events by preparing printed materials and coordinating technology (audio/visual), catering, classroom layout and tools.
• Oversee training rooms and activity including maintaining schedules, inventory and facility work orders.
• Provide LMS technical support including creating courses, events, reports, rosters and attendance tracking.
• Execute Training Champion program across the organization to drive training adoption and evaluation.
