Call Center Services International is seeking an energetic Sales Trainer for our Auto Refinance team to identify training needs and craft a concise, effective learning plan. You will create short videos, step-by-step guides, and hands-on practice sessions to ensure quick skill acquisition without overwhelming team members with long documents.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of teaching or training experience.

Responsabilidades

Requirements

Requirements

• Previous work experience in a call center setting.
  
• At least one year of experience teaching or training others.
  
• Must speak and write both English and Spanish fluently.
  
• Good skills with Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  
• Excellent communication skills to connect with different types of people.
  
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and learn new technology quickly.
  
• Experience in car sales, finance, or general sales is a plus.
