Job summary

Garrett Advancing Motion is seeking a Sales Support Admin to manage end-to-end order processing, scheduling agreements and related master data in SAP. You will interact with Customer Desk, Sales Managers and Program Managers to ensure on-time orders and compliant processes.

The role requires 4+ years in order management or customer administration, plus ERP tools experience (SAP/o9) and strong Excel/PowerBI skills. English proficiency and Six Sigma cert are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics and/or Engineering or related areas required.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Customer Administration or Customer service, Order Management, Sales and Supply Chain.
• English proficiency.
• ERP tools viz o9 and SAP skills required; other data management software preferred.
• MS Office experience including Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, PowerBi.
• Strong data visualization, presentation and communication skills.
• Preferred Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end order management, ensuring timely and accurate orders per PO and sales manager agreements.
• Collaborate with Credit & Collection to minimize AR past due for price discrepancies.
• Serve as the first contact for SO/SA/DR/invoice issues and drive root-cause analysis; coordinate with sales, customer desk, prototyping and logistics teams.
